I-100 Online Self Study Question/Answers for bulk purchase of courses
Q: Using the Online purchase process, can I purchase one or more courses for somebody else to take?
A: No. The person purchasing, registering and completing the online 100 course must be the same person.
Q: I have a small agency of 10 staff needing the I-100. Can I purchase less than 50 certificates.
A: Not at this time. Minimum purchase is 50 certificates.
Q: How can I get online self study training for my staff if we don’t need 50 certificates?
A: There is an online self registration process on our website where your individual employees can purchase the training themselves and seek reimbursement from your organization. Currently our purchase method is only through PayPal.
Q: I purchased 100 certificates and we have 25 unused certificates that I did not assign to my staff. Do they expire after a period of time?
A: No, the remaining unassigned courses will never expire.
Q: Can I share my access to my training to those outside of my organization?
A: Yes, anyone you provide the registration code to will be able to participate in the training.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: When you place your order, you will be invoiced by email for payment and payment instructions. Once payment has been completed, your online training portal will be configured and you will be provided with an Admin Code to access the system and monitor student activity and progress.
Q: Are there other ways to have my staff trained in I-100 rather than through a self study online course?
A: Sometimes you may find courses being offered in your community for a fee or for no charge depending on the training provider. There are also instructors for hire that you can bring in to teach I-100 in person in a classroom environment. Some instructors and training companies will offer an instructor led course online for your group to participate in.

When an agency chooses the Group Rate option, the agency is provided with an administrator access code that allows them to monitor their participant’s progress, who has started, completed or not suceeded in completing the course, and other typical statistics and reports that can be generated by the Learning Management System. The agency administrator code will be unique for each agency. The administrator will provide to their personnel a registration code to allow their personnel to register and participate in the training. Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to print and reprint their certificate at any time providing they keep record of their log in information. Participants will also be able to return to the course at any time to review the course as a refresher.
